Comm’eo Events handles every set-up and dismantling operation needed to stage an equestrian event, whatever its size.

Our teams work on temporary infrastructure (tents, marquees, arenas, grandstands, signage, barriers, exhibitor areas…) to deliver a compliant, safe and fully functional installation.

We plan each step together with the organisers to meet deadlines, make the most of the space and ensure a clean, professional installation from start to finish.

For events held under the authority of the Fédération Équestre Internationale, Comm’eo Events ensures strict compliance with FEI rules: access control to FEI-designated areas (stables, warm-up areas…), flow management, rider safety, and compliance with veterinary and organisational standards.

Our teams, trained to international requirements, oversee checks before, during and after the event, for a competition that meets international standards and welcomes riders, horses and officials with complete peace of mind.

We set up rigorous access control to keep entrances to the site safe and free-flowing.

Our team manages each zone: public, exhibitors, riders, staff, VIPs, technical vehicles and emergency-only entrances.

With clear organisation and appropriate signage, we control traffic flows and prevent congestion, giving every participant safe, well-supervised access.

Comm’eo Events handles the planning and day-to-day management of every car park: riders, horse lorries, vans, exhibitors, VIPs, spectators and technical crews.

We make the most of the available space, organise traffic routes and put clear signage in place so that everyone moves around easily.

On site, our teams guide vehicles, secure each area and enforce placement rules — especially important for lorries and vans carrying horses — while looking after the athletes’ comfort throughout their stay (power hook-ups, water…).

Safety is an absolute priority at any equestrian event. We provide complete surveillance of the site, including sensitive areas: stables, arenas, paddocks, the exhibitor village, car parks and storage areas.

Our teams make sure safety protocols are followed, anticipate risks and respond quickly whenever needed.

Through a continuous presence and smooth coordination with organisers and emergency services, we guarantee a safe, secure and well-controlled environment for everyone.

Our arena crew prepares and maintains the arenas throughout the competition: laying footing where the venue requires it (building arenas from scratch, bringing in materials and sand), installing fences, rails and obstacles, handling course changes and maintaining sand or grass surfaces — in coordination with the course designer and in line with the schedule.

Professional and experienced, our crew gives riders the best possible conditions to perform, in compliance with equestrian safety standards.

For exhibitors and partners attending the events, Comm’eo Events offers a dedicated security service.

Our staff look after stand security, patrol the aisles, prevent theft and protect installations, including outside public opening hours. Camera surveillance can also be arranged (number of cameras, monitoring hours and control officer to be agreed together).

This service gives exhibitors essential peace of mind, so they can focus on their business knowing their spaces are watched over and protected.
