Comm’eo Events is an agency specialising in equestrian event logistics. Welcome, coordination, crowd and traffic flow, infrastructure upkeep and security: our priority is events that are under control, safe and perfectly orchestrated.
Working on the ground alongside organisers, we tailor every set-up to the demands of the event and the nature of the site. With 19 years of experience and trained, rigorous staff, the agency makes each project a success by listening, anticipating your needs and coordinating teams smoothly.

Every set-up is designed around the event, its site and its audience.

I.
Set-up & dismantling
Tents, grandstands, barriers, signage, exhibitor areas: temporary infrastructure installed and taken down on schedule.

FEI access control
Stables, warm-up areas, flows and rider safety, in strict compliance with the rules of the Fédération Équestre Internationale.

Site access control
Public, exhibitors, riders, staff, VIPs, technical vehicles, emergency services: smooth, well-managed entrances.

Parking management
Horse lorries, vans, exhibitors, VIPs, spectators: planning, vehicle guidance and on-site comfort for athletes.

Site security
Stables, arenas, paddocks, village, car parks, storage: continuous surveillance, coordinated with organisers and emergency services.

Arena crew
Footing, fences, obstacles, course changes: arenas prepared and maintained alongside the course designer.

Exhibitor village security
Stands, aisles and installations protected day and night, with optional camera surveillance.
